Repair Service Policy

Post-Purchasing

We offer our very own 24Hr repair service that comes with all appliances purchased from us. If for any reason you have any problems what-so-ever with your appliances, give us a call, and we will be out there within 24hrs to fix the problem. We believe customer service shouldn't end after you make the purchase, so we're here with you through the whole process, even after installation.

Warranty Info

About Our Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty for all products sold.  We also offer extended warranty coverage up to 4 years.   Our warranty is covered by CPS, a large network of technicians throughout North America.  Your appliance purchase is covered even if you move to a new location.   The appliance warranty must to registered within 30 days of your purchase for if to become effective, if you miss the sign-up period the warranty is voided.

Delivery and Pick Up Policy

How it Works

We offer delivery and installation for all products.  A surplus charge may be applied for deliveries over 15 miles from the store.  Appliances can be picked up at the store, we wrap the appliance in plastic shipping wrap and use edge guards to protect the corners during transport and installation.
