Both programs have been hugely popular among our customers!
  • What kind of warranty comes with your appliances?
    All our appliances come with a 1-year warranty, with the option to extend up to 4 years.
  • How do I register for the appliance warranty?
    You must register your warranty within 30 days of purchase. Instructions are included in the warranty card provided at checkout. Failing to register within this period may void the warranty.
  • What if I encounter a problem with my appliance?
    If you face any issues with your appliance, contact us, and we will arrange for a technician to visit your location within 24 hours to resolve the problem. Our commitment to customer service extends beyond the purchase and installation.
  • What are your store hours?
    We are open Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM, and on Saturdays from 9AM to 5PM. We are closed on Sundays.
  • Can I return or exchange an appliance?
    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. Please note that delivery and installation fees are non-refundable, and items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Can I take it home the Same Day?
    Take home your appliances the same day you purchase them. Bring straps to secure in place. Drive carefully, customer is responsible for any damages during transport.
  • Do you have Delivery? Install? Haul Away?
    We offer delivery up to 40 miles. Delivery over 40 miles is available, contact us for more info. We have partnered with a local company for delivery, install and haul away. There is an installation fee and requires new accessories such as washer waterlines, dryer vent ducts, etc. Accessories can be purchased in-store. We will haul away and recycle appliances when we deliver a new replacement one. Original appliances must be removed prior to installation (unless Haul Away is included).
